How To Delete Funnels and Pages In ClickFunnels - Step by Step 2021

In today’s post, I’m going to teach you step-by-step how to delete a funnel in ClickFunnels.

Trust me, I’m a sales funnel fanatic. From the start of using ClickFunnels software, I had built a bunch of funnels for sake of testing my knowledge and even imported several shared funnels that I thought would be useful.

This continued until I realized I’ve used the whole funnel and page space. That’s when I knew I needed to delete and hunt down some unused funnels in order to free up space.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re on a Starter plan or on an unlimited plan (Platinum), you may want to organize your account and get rid of unwanted funnels.

Ready? Yay, let’s get started, dude!

But wait! There’s a point you need to be aware of before deleting funnels or pages in your account:

In ClickFunnels, you can’t permanently delete funnels, Russell only makes it available to archive it. And every funnel you archived will not be counted in your funnel list. That means you can delete as many as you want, and still be able to restore them back.

With that being cleared, let’s go straight to the guide. Shall we?

How To Delete A Funnel In ClickFunnels

Deleting your funnels in ClickFunnels is quite an easy task to do, and the whole process shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes, like 2 minutes to get it done.

Let me show you real quick step-by-step on deleting funnels built right inside ClickFunnels software:

Step 1: Go to your ClickFunnels dashboard and click on Show All Funnels to see the list of all active sales funnel in your account.

Step 2: Select and click on the funnel you want to archive and go to the Settings tab.

Step 3: Once it loads the settings page, scroll down to the bottom and click on the Archive Funnel to get it removed.

If you follow the steps laid out above, you should be able to successfully delete any unused funnels that you don’t want anymore.

To cross-check whether the funnel has been archived or not, just go to your funnels’ list and click on Archived next to All Funnels, you should see it there if done correctly.

Please Note: It takes a maximum of 30 minutes for any funnels you deleted to move to the Archived Funnels tab. Yes, because your account needs to sync with the server before it can reflect the new settings. The only hack to see the funnel fast is to log out and log in back into your account and you should see it immediately.

Is your funnel list not up to the allowable limits, but you’ve used up more funnel steps space and wish to reduce the count?

Then let’s quickly see how you can go about it next:

How To Delete A Funnel Steps (Pages) In ClickFunnels

On ClickFunnels $97 per month plan, the maximum number of pages you can build for a single funnel is five, which means that the allowable pages for the whole 20 funnels on this plan are 100.

However, once you exceed the page limits on the Starter Plan, there’s no other workaround than deleting some of the funnel steps you don’t need anymore to be able to add new pages to other sales funnel, or generally lower the page count.

To delete funnel steps or pages in ClickFunnels, follow these easy steps laid out for you below:

Step 1: Head over to your funnels list page in your account “All Funnels” tab, and select the funnel you wish to edit.

Step 2: Choose the step or page you want to delete, and then click on the red cross to delete it or click on the Delete Funnel Step at the lower right corner of the page.

Step 3: Finally, click the Ok on the pop-up to confirm the deletion.

As you can see, it’s simple to delete or archive funnel steps or pages in ClickFunnels. If done properly, this should temporarily solve the headache of adding new pages to new funnels you may be working on.

In my opinion, deleting a whole sales funnel is preferable to deleting pages only, as the latter free up more space for both funnel and pages at the same time, which will be useful in the long run.

How To Restore An Archived Funnels In ClickFunnels

If by any chance you mistakenly deleted or archived any funnels or pages, and want to restore it back quickly to put it to use again, then follow the steps below:

Step 1: Access the Archived page which shows all your deleted funnels in your account.

Step 2: Select the actual funnel you want to restore back and click on Restore on the right-hand side of the page.

Boom! You’re just done with the funnel’s restoration process.

The steps listed above take no time to implement and you should now see the restored funnels right inside your funnels list “All Funnels” immediately in your Clickfunnels account.

Final Thoughts: What Should You Do To Solve This Aching Problem?

There you have the step-by-step guide on how to delete funnels and pages in your ClickFunnels account.

As I’ve mentioned earlier, you can’t permanently delete funnels or pages, but what you can specifically do inside the ClickFunnels is archiving your sales funnel or funnel steps.

What really makes sense there is that archiving funnels reduces the number of funnels count in your Clickfunnels account likewise for pages or funnels steps as well.

The cool part is you’re able to restore the archived funnels anytime you need them back… Awesome, isn’t it?

Wait, dude! Let’s solve this aching problem of constantly deleting funnels for good. It’s a pain in the ass to let go of a funnel that is super helpful to your target audience, which is why it’s recommended to have an unlimited funnel account.
